Call To Artists

Artists and art related non-profit organizations can learn more about the future events organized by Partners N Art here.

We are currently seeking artists and art related non-profits for our major event: ART WALK. You will find on this page the necessary information for this year's ART WALK out at River Park Shopping Center along with Farmers Market for 2011.

Please take note of all the deadline dates and fees.

New exhibitors artwork is to be reviewed via email before acceptance of any contracts. Artwork must be family friendly, no religious art, no dark art, or nudity is permitted. Once again we will be housed in the Trellis area which is between the REI and Sur La Table stores from the blackstone parking lot. For overage of exhibitors these will be housed either going towards Edwards Theater or possibly Borders but no promises at this time.

You can download the current contracts for the Venue 1 (May-June) and Venue 2 (July-October) here. Please have these filled out along with the $50 fee made out to River Park Prop. II and a separate $25 fee made out to Partners N Art.

The contract will be sent out at a later date for Venue 3. Please feel free to pass on this information or email to other artists and art related non-profit organizations.

Venue 1

May 3, 2011 thru June 28th (Every Tuesday )

Venue Hours:

5-9pm

Set up time:

3:00 to 4:30

Materials:

10x10 canopy (straight legged)

25ft extension cord (minimum)

power strip

40 watt bulbs or less

tables and chairs

easels

artwork

no radios or electrical fans

Fees:

$50 to River Park

$25 to Partners N Art

$10 per Tuesday night or 20% commission on all related sale to Partners N Art. Fees are to cover advertising costs.

Parking:

Blackstone parking lot. Must park nearest to Blackstone Ave.
