When, what, where?

Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 6-7 artists showcase and sell their work to the public. Some artists will also give live art demonstration inside the cafe area (outside when weather permitting) at the store located in River Park @ Blackstone.

Come see them painting and talk about their art. You can also buy their work directly from them.

ART WALK

1. What?

   Sponsored by River Park, Partners N Art organizes a new event "Art Walk" to showcase and sell works of artists, handcrafted artists, and art related and regular nonprofit organizations.

   Art Walk joins the famous Farmer's Market event throughout 2011.

   
   

2. When?

   From April 20th through October 26, 2010, every Tuesday nights from 5:00-9:00pm.

   Spaces are limited. Sign up now to reserve your spot and dates!

   River Park Shopping Center

4. What kind of Artwork?

   No offensive work is permitted, family friendly art only.  Quality fine art and handcrafted arts accepted, no mass productions.

   Please provide your website or sample of work by e-mail.

   
   

5. Artists' Responsibility

   A 10x10 space max per artist is to be rent.(see FAQ #9 Fees)
   

   They are responsible for their artwork, supplies, own umbrella, canopy, tent, table, chairs, easels, etc.

   Canopy must have straight legs NOT slant legs (unless 8x8).
   

   Electrical outlets are availabe for needed lighting. Please bring your own lighting and extension cords, Partners N art will not provide any.
   

   Also, all artists are responsible to clean up booth area after the event. They must have a valid California Resale License and Tax ID#.

   
   

6. Organizations

   All art related non-profit organizations as well as regular nonprofit organizations  are welcomed to participate in educating the public of their  services, activities, and memberships etc.

   
   

7. Set up Time

   Artists and Organizations can set their booth between 2:30-4:30pm.

8. Parking for artists

9. Fees

   . $50 to River Park - $25 to Partners N Art

   . $10 per Tuesday night or 20% commission on all related sale to Partners N Art. Fees are to cover advertising costs.

    All checks are to be made out to: River Park Prop. II

10. Commission

    Partners N Art takes a 20% commission on all related sales.
